"I signed on to my State Farm App, where it reflected my homeowners policy payment was past due. I knew and verified with my bank that the policy had been paid 2 months prior.
I called Cari at our agent's office, who was very helpful and professional. Cari verified our policy was paid in full. When I asked why our account appeared delinquent online, Cari volunteered to call the corporate office and inquire. Within a few minutes, Cari called back and verified with the corporate office that our policy is in good standing. The corporate office informed Cari that they were performing system upgrades and there were glitches in the system.
Thank you Cari for going the extra mile for our peace of mind!
